Damages, Returns, and Refunds

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of these products, product safety, and hygiene, we're unable to accept returns and all sales are final. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days at the e-mail below with your order number, photos of the product, and any other information for us to review and take action to make the situation right. 

If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, please reach out to us and let us know why so we can work with you to resolve the issue moving forward.

Refunds
In the case that a refund is approved, we will notify you once we’ve approved the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
